How do I start learn English

LUBOK JONG - Honestly, I don't like English. I never pass an examination, which makes me really dislike it. Back in the 90s, when you look at someone who can speak English, it looks like a great person. Some of my friends at secondary school are really good at English. But I never feel jealous of them because I never care about that. My favorite subject is art. But as a village boy, I can't go far beyond that. I never realized how important the language is when you find a job in Kuala Lumpur. I went to KL in 1993 for nearly 2 years. That was the first time I went to KL. 

Flooding for 2nd time

LUBOK JONG - Today, when I wrote this article, the evacuation center at SK Gual To'Deh reached 600 people from a few villages nearby. This is the second flood this year in the area. the area. This place was known as the flooding area in Rantau Panjang. No wonder when the train comes a few days later, the water is increasing. The increase in water is due to a few factors that are very familiar to the villagers. Flooding is not the strangest thing among them. It comes every year a few times. This phonomenon should be taken seriously by the government and the state authority. It's about life and the future of the children. If I am not mistaken, the flooding becomes worse each year, and in February 2021, it will become the worst in four decades. My village, Kg Tok Sangkut, was also affected. 

No one understands what is inside their mind. Every year, they have to move to the evacuation center and leave their home. For kids, always wait for the flood. This is the time when Dan can play in the big swimming pool. But for adults, it becomes a nightmare each time the rain starts falling from the skies. One thing I realized was that they are always patient (sabar) because it's all heppen from Allah SWT. As Muslims, we have to believe that without doubt. I realized the worst flooding each year since a few years ago. As I mentioned in 2021, the most extreme flooding in Pasir Mas and Rantau Panjang. Thousands of villagers were affected and moved to higher places, including my village. I heard the big flooding a long time ago in the 70s, which they called 'Bah Kuning'. That time, my mom and dad were at the village. They told me about the flooding. They passed away nearly 8 years ago. Recite Al-Fatihah for them and my little brother Mohd Izzat. The disaster will never end since humans have destroyed nature. It's already too late to fix the situation. Time goes by very fast. What we need to do is pray to Allah SWT, prepare ourselves for the big flood in the future, and hope for mercy from Him. The flood also happens all over the world. The latest in Pakistan, the massive flood, affected more than 1.2 million people, and 1300 people died during the flood. In Malaysia, the big floods are not as big as in other countries. We are still lucky, and we always hope for miracles to save our lives. Let's help each other save the flood victim and the villagers. The Renovation

SK GUAL TO'DEH - I started the renovation a few weeks before the school holiday. I decided to take over the room because the previous teacher moved to another school a few years ago. So, the center became abandoned for so many years. I need a proper room as a language center to teach languages in my school. A conducive room for my students to impress them with learning the language. The room will be used as a language center. It's not only for English but also a learning center for Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Arab, and Bahasa Thai. I divide the room into three sections. 1. Classroom 2. Language Art Room 3. Reading Room

Thanks to my students, I was able to make a renovation. A great thanks to the workers for their help. The renovation will continue as long as I can. I hope the center becomes an attractive place for students to gain knowledge. Insya Allah.

KG GUAL TO'DEH - Education is not only teaching and learning in the classroom; it is more than that. Children deserve to get the best education from us as teachers. No one understands how struggling we are as teachers. When you have the determination to be a good teacher, the reward is there, and you can see how they appreciate you as a teacher. Each student has their own ability to learn. Each individual is unique. They have the potential to achieve something unbelievable if we know their potential. As a teacher, I am always positive. Never give up, even though I am tired physically. Teaching is my priority, and I have to be a person as their thought. Don't regret being a teacher, because we'll be happy to see them in the future.
