How do I start learn English

LUBOK JONG - Honestly, I don't like English. I never pass an examination, which makes me really dislike it. Back in the 90s, when you look at someone who can speak English, it looks like a great person. Some of my friends at secondary school are really good at English. But I never feel jealous of them because I never care about that. My favorite subject is art. But as a village boy, I can't go far beyond that. I never realized how important the language is when you find a job in Kuala Lumpur. I went to KL in 1993 for nearly 2 years. That was the first time I went to KL.
