The effectiveness of the PITO intervention program in enhancing teachers' competency and readiness to teach and learn English.

I am happy as a teacher.

As an experienced and passionate teacher, I have been in this profession since 2000, and it brings me immense joy to help shape the future of young minds. My journey as an educator started at SK Pulat in Gua Musang's district, followed by SK Bukit Perah in Pasir Mas and SK Rantau Panjang, where I taught for 10 years. Currently, I am teaching at SK Gual To'Deh. From my time at Teachers' Training College, I have had a strong background in music and art, which has helped me develop a unique approach to teaching. Later on, I pursued a degree in geography and history from USM, which further enhanced my understanding of different aspects of life. Furthermore, I obtained a master's degree in educational management from UUM, which has equipped me with the necessary tools to manage and lead educational institutions effectively. I am committed to providing an enriching and holistic learning experience to my students, and I firmly believe that education is the key to unlocking one's true potential. As a teacher, I strive to instill the love for learning in my students and help them develop the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in life.
