Welcome to SK Gual To'Deh

For the session of 2024/25, SK Gual To'Deh received a new headmaster. He is Mr. Bakri Bin Md. Nor. His previous school was SK Bihai, Gua Musang. A young headmaster has various types of ideas to develop a new environment for the school. The headmaster is a leader, which is the top management of the school. He is the person who makes the decisions and guides the teachers to achieve the objectives of the school.

I have been here since 2018. I have experience with the three previous headmasters who have different leadership styles. The type of leadership shows the other environment of the school. As a leader, principal, or headmaster, you are supposed to understand the leadership theory. This means they must understand what kind of leadership style they need to use to develop a quality environment in the school. According to my research on the master's Degree, the satisfaction of the teachers is consistent with the leadership style. This means that the leadership style can also affect the satisfaction of the teachers. Satisfaction in the workplace is paramount, especially in the school environment. The less satisfaction of the teachers can affect the teaching and learning process. Then, it can affect the student's achievement.  As a teacher and researcher, a school leader should have great individual character to influence the teachers. They are the main character at the school and the symbol of the school's reputation.
