Welcome to SK Gual To'Deh

For the session of 2024/25, SK Gual To'Deh received a new headmaster. He is Mr. Bakri Bin Md. Nor. His previous school was SK Bihai, Gua Musang. A young headmaster has various types of ideas to develop a new environment for the school. The headmaster is a leader, which is the top management of the school. He is the person who makes the decisions and guides the teachers to achieve the objectives of the school.

I have been here since 2018. I experienced the three previous headmasters with different leadership styles. The type of leadership shows the different environment of the school. As a leader, principal, or headmaster, you are supposed to understand the theory of leadership. It means they have to understand what kind of leadership style they need to use to develop a quality environment in the school. According to my research on the Masters Degree, the satisfaction of the teachers is consistent with the leadership style. It means the style of leadership can also affect the satisfaction of the teachers. Satisfaction in the workplace is very important, especially in the school environment. The less satisfaction of the teachers can have an effect on the teaching and learning process. Then it can have an effect on the student's achievement.  As a teacher and researcher, a school leader should have great individual character to influence the teachers. He or she is the main character at the school and the symbol of the school's reputation. I believe that with a great leadership style, the school will become conducive and knowledgeable for all students.  On behalf of the English Center, SK Gual To'Deh, a warm welcome greeting to the new headmaster, Mr. Bakri Bin Md Nor.
